This again is more like a paying guest accommodation which is also used by companies as a guesthouse. This may not be very central and easy to find but is a quiet and well kept guesthouse. This can provide you with all the eminities that a guesthouse should provide and if you take 2 rooms you can get your own kitchen and fridge for your cooking with all the equipments (utensils etc.)
